4th Annual Bear Mountain BBQ hosted by Camber-Toe
Calendar: USA - NY / NJ / CT / PA
itsbrokeagain
Since we didnt have one last year, figured we would finally get the ball rolling to continue our annual Bear Mtn BBQ! Dates are still open but most likely going to make this a Sunday as too many people have work on Saturday, and we want to wait until the weather gets warmer

Whos down?! Prolly gonna meet up on the Palisades around 9-9:30 and caravan up to the spot...this way we can get most of the parking lot for ourselves.

*edit* Since the meet is getting larger by the day and the food requirements are going through the roof, we are going to end up charging $5 a head for food..you will get a bracelet of some sort, so this way it entitles you to whatever you want.

If anyone is bringing food, utensils and/or bbq grilles please put it next to your name (chips and beer dont count)

Also please add how many people you are bringing with you!

*edit again* if you are going to paypal in advance, please send it to milkman7475@yahoo.com, Bobby_Lemans is going to be helping with all the supplies...please also add your screen name to the paypal so we can keep track of whos who. Please be sure to mark it as a gift, this way paypal doesnt bang us in the head for extra fees!

Final meeting point is the Home Depot parking lot at Palisades Mall. It should be open enough to hold all our cars before we shove off.

No other cars permitted other than e90post members although some bimmerpost attendees will be tolerated.
RSVP'd Yes: 61 RSVP'd Maybe: 24 RSVP'd No: 11

You're going to need a permit regardless. Call the park, they'll go over what you need to do

how is the food/drink situation going to work? we all bringing our own package of meat and drink? how about beer?

or are you just gonna charge per head and we hand the cash to you at the meet? I wouldn't mind bringing some food or drink over at all if it makes it any easier
