I just want to reiterate the Red is not as pink. Its truly a deep red. I think its the coolest.

Blue is definitely cool looking too though.

Both are a little too aggressive for my taste to use them daily but hey the options are there now.

This kit is completely Error Free. Will not shut off. Dims properly like stock as well. No Flickering.

Waiting on HPB for them to change their website to offer the kit.

I gotta check these out in person some night. Anyone who has them, say within 10-20 miles of the Union County NJ area let me know and maybe we can meet up! They might not jive with OSS and space grey w/ black leather but would still like to see to make the ultimate choice.

That is what is taking so long.

He is making it on his website so you can select which bulbs you want in what color.

So you can run down the list between map lights, dome lights, vanity ETC ETC and pick the color you want

Its going to be pretty cool.

Just a forewarning for amber they are not nearly as bright as white. If brightness isnt important they look pretty cool.

You simply cant get the brightness out of colored LED compared to white. Ironically white LED is derived from blue but that is beyond the scope of the thread. LOL

All the colors are the same style LED as used in our white kit. The white kit uses the highest quality LED available for the most even light output and naturally error free operation. I dont have any pics personally. We spent so much time on installing and uninstalling all the colors the other night I didnt even think to snap a pic. If you want to shoot an email to HPB maybe they can show you some.

i am not familiar with the white kit.

Are these led's high power versions with the smd leds?
like the HPX 194 on HPB's website... how many outputs per single bulb on the interior dome light ?

They are all high powered SMD with custom canbus chips. Domelight has a 12 LED. Most of the time we dont show the pictures because we dont want other vendors stealing our design.... The domelights were specifically made for this application. They are not the same as ebay style ones you might have seen.

Depending on how HPB ships the parcel (priority, regular) I should receive my order this week. I'll have a nice review up for the amber kit once it arrives.
