I like to eat waffles with different types of nut butter and jam. Never tried lemon sauce. Do you mean lemon curd? Think I saw something like that at Trader Joes.

. Lemon sauce is lemon juice mixed with sour creme, cinamon, some lemon skin ( i dont know what its called in english) schredded and a bit of Gelatin or just lemon juice with cinamon and whipped cream but made by yourself or from instant not from can (spray)? Lemon curd will be quite good also.

i see, reminds me of the mall food court's Teriyaki Chicken plates. We don't have that in the east coast.
