WTF!!! ITS A NICE DAY FOR A BBQ

I REALLY HOPE EVERYONE HAS READ THAT THE BBQ IS SUNDAY JUNE 3RD 2012, AND NOT TODAY!!!

I apologize for the delay guys, I talked to Ron yesterday and we agreed that the weather was still calling for rain, so we decided to push it to next week.

Regardless, I would have been unable to make it Today, as I am in the Hospital with my aunt, who will pass away in the coming hours

Anyhow, It was not my intent to postpone this due to my own misfortune, I would still have told Ron to move ahead with the BBQ, even though I would not be there....it was really delayed because it was calling for rain today. I fear people may show up today, and not realize the date change....please spread the word if you can!!!

Lesson of the day - Weather reports are complete BS!!!!!

Thanks Nick. I saw the bulletin; next week works better for me too because i'm at work until 5 today, so i'd be worried that the crowd would be thinning out by the time i got there. next week i'm off so i can be there right at 3.

it's funny because the sky is really dark here in Georgetown right now, but the forecast still shows no rain...i hate the weather network.

I wish all the best to you and yours during this difficult time. my utmost condolences.

Same ways, sorry to hear about your aunt. It's a shame about the weather, I was off this Sunday but am working next Sunday, so won't be making it out to this one! Hope you guys take a lot of pictures

Cool. I'll post up some details in the new BBQ meet thread tomorrow and see who else is interested. I'm sure you're more than welcome to join. As for the stock petrol burner... it isn't stock.. it's a 335 with a diesel mod done to it haha

Nick invited me although I wont be coming in a BMW. Sold mine a few years back.
Just wanted know if you guys mind me bringing some of my friendz in exotic cars. I know its a BMW meet but wanted to ask the group if thats ok. If thats not ok thats fine, just sending out my respects.

Weather in Markham is looking good so far with just overcast skies.

The next Open Marquis local drive will be not be till first week Aug. Unless I cancel the Pittsburg trip and do another Saturn's Drive event in July.
Its gonna be a busy summer with a lot of weekends busy and I got a couple of vacation getaways with the family.
