Please email our orders department, orders@jlevisw.com and we can either arrange to exchange the bulbs or return the kit.

The resistors will require tapping using the included t-taps, they attach with a set of pliers and are fully reversible so they do not cause damage to your wiring.

thought the installation was straight forward, and no need to tap any wires? you guys had me waiting 1 whole month for the 8k and when its finally shipped i got a 6k kit and two gold resistors that needs to be taped into ballast. also theres no instructions at all. really disappointed and will not buy anything from your site anymore.

You need to purchase the kit and select the resistors. The unit itself will plug right into your stock wiring, you will need to use our resistors to tap into the low beam wiring to prevent the bulb out warning from appearing.

what is your opinion knowing alot more about e90 headlights than i do, would 4500K xenons be very bad to other drivers? i think the output should be fine for me, but i dont wanna be the guy who blinds everyone, i dont think ill be getting projector90s i saw a vid of 6000K by someone on this post, didnt look that bad....

4500K, 6000K, none of this will make any difference in "blinding other drivers" - it's just color. OEM Xenons are 4100-4300K, the brightest available output - but they are slightly yellow (like sunlight), so most people prefer 6000K because it is a good compromise between light output and beautiful white/purple color.

As for blinding other drivers, this is just a matter of adjusting the height properly and ensuring that the driver's side headlight is lower than the passenger's side headlight

go 4500K is the same as BMW OEM I got the HID fogs to match my headlights and it lights the road pure white, I don't like 6000K is not my style

my friend have an a4 with halo housings and he got HID and he does not blind the other drivers, as long as you adjust the angle is fine and it looks great

I don't have color outputs on the road but here is a comparison between 4300k on the right and 6000k on the left:

The beam will not have a cutoff and it will shine light all over the place but it's not too bad if you aim your fogs down
