Thanks for the pics Marc.
Looks like Lux 4 still has the same components as Lux1
heat sink, fan, "black box", and the leds.
The heat sink and fan seem slimmer on Lux 4.
It looks like my additional wires in the AE cover will have more room.

LUX 3 and LUX 4 look very similar, the LED's are the major difference

Do you mean like these? You do know that these are for the e90, right?

no, in those pics, the sunlight is hitting the rear of the car, not the front. I'm looking for shots where the sun lights up the entire front bumper. But thanks for the try

Oh i decided to clarify a bit since many people might make the same mistake. I'm not asking because I want to put them in an e92. I'm asking because i'm damn jealous that the e92s get angel eyes bright enough to use as DRLs while our (stock) e90 angel eyes are barely visible.

So I really want to buy a product that will help close that gap. I'm not sure if that will ever happen, but I like the upgradeable nature of the Lux 4.0s.

mds what do you think? Will we ever get e92 brightness out of our e90 AEs?
(btw, same reason as to why I asked for more daytime shots of the Lux 4s)

NAM will be receiving the first 40 or so units thursday or Friday of this week, and then orders will begin shipping out Soon after that.

I canceled all my plans this past weekend to build these lights just to make sure they are done in time

I dont know anyone with an e92 in the area around me

as for daytime shots - its raining here so i cant take any good pics today
