Hi, I just bought this unit on summer for my E90. I really do like it so much, but for some reason in ~30min after I leaving my car shutted off, all stereo unit settings (bass, volume, time and ect) gets to factory settings/reseted... It s so annoying, could you help me to solve this problem? Kind Regards, Vilius!

Hi Vilius, glad to hear you love our unit a lot! Welcome to share with us more reviews and installation pics if you like.

About your problem, when you left your car for 30mins, does your car engine went off? So that your unit is off too?

Anyway, you can try to unplug the unit, and reset the unit to have a try. If the problem still exists, please kindly PM me your Email & Serial No. or Order No. of the unit, then we will help you further, thanks a lot!

Hi cale, thanks for your interest!

Is your 2009 X5 4.8i interior like this one in the pic?

If so, our D5114 unit may not fit your car.
If not, please show us a picture of your interior. Thanks a lot!

I purchased one of these before reading your post unfortunately. The only thing I can do is see for myself now. I have a MS-8 as well however which only further complicates things. As a plus it should improve the sound quality but I have concerns about the install and the additional required parts (as you stated it was not as plug and play as advertised). Did you use a Technic Harness on your install?

Guys a quick question, would you like a in car MP3 player in your ride? How do you like it? We may have a new gadget which is similar to the functions of current M0002:
http://www.eonon.com/Others/Others/M0002.html, except no steering wheel control and CD changer compatible function.

But it can be put in your glove box, which means no hassle in wiring outside anymore. Would you be interested in it? And how much you could accept? Many thanks for your feedback guys!

Hi mate, a great news to tell you that, our next batch of new unit will enable the heated seat buttons function, since it comes with dual can bus system! More functions are included too. It will be released soon after this batch of units are sold out! May be next month or 2! Cheers!

I'll introduce to you guys in the near future after all the details are confirmed. Just stay tuned guys!

Hey guys, now we have an investigation about the new Eonon remote controller. We'd like to simplify the buttons to make it as useful as possible, and in the simplest design. Your feedback is very important to this future controller. This small controller can be put in your steering wheel in the front. Do you think it's useful for you?

Please see the picture below for the buttons included, and ignore the ones with "X" which means removed buttons. Most others will be still remained except the Bluetooth hanging/receiving buttons. BT buttons are optional. Do you think you think it's necessary to keep it?

And what other important buttons you used a lot in your remote controller, but we haven't included in it in this picture? And feel free to tell us any other opinion about it.
(P.S. The buttons graphic design of the is not finished, so please ignore it in this picture.
PWR button means TURN ON, and MUTE. The house button means HOME, the arrow button means BACK)

Many thanks for your feedback guys!

Group Buy

I wanted to inquire about the group buy if it is still going on. What is the price shipped to 09067. It is an APO so it would have to be USPS and insured. As in quality and features, how do you compare to the Dynavin. Thanks for the info.

Hi DirtySanchez, yes the group buy is still on the go. Once there're enough 10 people would like to join, the GB will be activated finally. Now 2-3 people want to join.

I'll PM you the group buy price then. And it's free shipping to the US. And you can choose the shipping ensurance which costs only 5USD when placing the order. Our current batch of D5114 doesn't have the dual can bus system and heated seated control like dynavin, but in our next new batch of products, we will have both of these 2 features. What's more, our unit has many other cool features like Background Switchable, GPS picture in picture function and slide touch interface, etc. What's more, we can provide as long as 2 year warranty! They can only provide 1 year. But our unit's price is less than half of their price.

So now you know our difference. Our unit is really worthy! Welcome to buy then! http://www.eonon.com/Car-GPS/Specifi...GPS/D5114.html

Hi fLip, thanks for your concern. As far as I know, the dual can bus can ensure of you the powerful Compatible Protocol. such as compatibility with steering wheel control, LCD Screen Display, Dashboard, Handbrake Control, Car headlights and Reversing Control, parking sensor, etc.

The detailed specification does not come out yet, but I'll inform you guys as soon as I get it. Just stay tuned, thanks!

The unit can't work with hi-fi system, hope you can understand. But the sound effect is still good.

Hi Chris, welcome on bords here! Thanks for your interest to our Eonon unit!

Do you mean you have a 2001 E39 330d? If so, our D5124 should fit your car very well: http://www.eonon.co.uk/GPS-Navigation/D5124E.html

Currently the group buy is for the D5114 in our eonon.com website. If you like, I can ask for you if the UK group buy for D5124 could be counted in together, cheers!

Btw, are you in a UK BMW forum too? Could you please tell me what's this forum? Thanks a lot!

Hey guys, do you know how our Eonon D5124 specific E39 GPS works in BMW? Curious about what others say about its performance? You can watch senoralbo's review demo here!
He shows you every feature of this unit. "Pretty neat, I like it!" senoralbo says loudly. Works like a charm! More details about our nice D5124, you can visit here: http://www.eonon.com/Car-GPS/Specifi...GPS/D5124.html

Any other feedback on this unit? I'm interested but the unit not being flush is an automatic no-no for me. Has that been resolved in the latest production batch?

Hi Freki371, as I've replied previously, we have checked with our tech, the flush issue must be an installation issue of individual, not for all. Please don't worry.

And in our next batch of unit, the heated seat compatible function will be realized as many guys requested here. Just stay tuned, thanks!

not plug and play

This is not plug-and-play at all! I bought this and you have to do a bunch of rewiring for this to work with your Soundsystem the harness that came with the navigation system is nowhere near the harness you should have for the audio to work so i'm soundless right now!! Any advice Eonon!!?
