Carlos ... few comments for you:

You should be truthful - you didn't buy the car - it's your dads.

You didn't pay £400 for a service. You paid £170 for a service and then some more money for other work.

Correct these are not the issues and this section will cause them to take you less seriously

This is the point, but the underlined part again will not help you.

Did they start servicing your car when you were at school? This is irrelevant.

You are repeating yourself

It was 15 miles when you posted before and this is all irrelevant. The engine and turbos were not starved of oil.

Complain about one thing at a time.

What if there was an oil leak! Doh!The engine was topped up by your engineer using 1.75 litres of oil! I am lost for words and ask for your advice on what action I should now take regarding the potential long term damage that may have been inflicted on my car.
Exclamation marks and colloquialisms in formal letters are always a bad plan. Avoid them.

Now that the engine and turbos are 'fooked' he'll probably give it to Carlos.

Don't say that, he'll drive round the block until the mileometer reads 100k.
Oh! You mean getting the warranty.
I thought maybe you'd read Carlos' tea leaves or something.

I would agree - I think the outcome you are looking for will simply not happen. Can I ask, was this car a birthday present or something? Will you keep it 2 or 3 years then sell it, (or your dad will sell it) and get you something else? What is the long term plan for the car?

Frankly, the car is worthless now.

If it ran for even one minute at that low oil level ... I just dread to think of the damage caused to the engine and (bi) turbos.

I haven't been able to sleep since I heard the terrible news.
