Yes, and less than .05% have bought and installed the AA XEDE.

You were nice; I would've told them ...'either smoke 100 ft. away from me or install the PROcede yourself.' Once you've seen a 'smoker's lung' surgically removed from a patient's chest in the O.R., you wouldn't want any of that smoke blown in your general direction...trust me.

Denial is a tough thing to get over. We were looking at the numbers yesterday and I think you would be surprised at the power of networking. Ill give you another guess if you would like..

its hard to argue with people who actually own the product...
And obviously everyone on this forum thinks Shiv from Vishnu is god and Knows everything. whats up with that, there not enough technical talk on this forum and hard facts. and not enough knowledgable people aswell. AA is a great company, they have done alot of great work and pleased alot of there customers... Vishnu for my eyes is a great company aswell, as i have only really seen there work to the fullest with the 335i, they seem to do a good job tunning but not enough facts to provide on there products...

Its a good product, but it isnt the grail. For some reason everyone thinks it is, which is great news for shiv.

1. Do you think it is fair for a customer to pay x amount of dollars ($150 in this case) to fix a problem he is having with the product? Shiv and others have said many time "just wait for V2 that will fix your problem"...

2. Why did the HP figures from the original V2 dyno drop almost 30hp and 40 ft lbs of tq?

3. What happened to launch control? ........... I know I know V2.1 right?

4. I thought you guys were going to have to figure out speed limit defeat for yourselves?

5. Does Vishnu ( Shiv and Dustin ) have the worst luck with shipping or is it me?

Last but not least, I dont think our marketing is an issue at all..... Check the newstands ....

p.s. This is completely off topic but I think the Gators have a chance to repeat.... What do you think?
I cannot answer all your questions; that is for Shiv to address, which I'm sure he will. However, I guess you still do not understand that v2.0 is an "upgrade" with many more user-defined features than v1.4x (unlike your b.s. v3, v4, or v5 updates that make less power...'a good compromise between safety, reliability, and power' is what I think you called it )...so the add'l $150 is no big deal, imho. I would rather give Shiv another $150 for the PROcede v2.0 than drive 50 mi. to have you install the outdated (been there...done that) XEDE, which is a limiting piggyback box for tuning the 335i.

In regards to the Gators...I'm not stupid, as you're just trying to "be nice" in a feeble attempt to get on my good side...I've been in professional outside sales for more than 20 years, so don't b.s. and b.s'er. Yes, the Gators are looking good, btw.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious here, but its really easy to see if there is a power problem with your PROcede. Hook up your serial port and run PROcede reader. If there is a problem with the power, ground, or PROcede itself internally, it won't communicate with your laptop.

I didnt direct them towards Shiv because he is the King at excuses. As far as "Been there done that".. Do you know how long the Haltech Interceptor has been out?? We have taken the Xede to a whole other level with the help of Chiptorque of course( we believe in giving credit where its due )

I dont think your stupid....... but I just figured there would be no harm in asking and feeble is kind of harsh I thought it was a pretty good attempt.

p.s. and yes "TBO" is looking good as a pocket QB, a lot of people didnt know he had it in him..

Atleast you admitted you are full of BS. The Xede isnt outdated, its just not what shiv wanted, do you know what he uses the extra I/O's for? Speed Limit and possibly vanos. I dont blame AA if they dont wanna mess with vanos, its not the best ideal ever. You know what the Xede and PROcede have that make power, three maps Fuel Ignition and Boost, all the wing dings are another story, and if shiv is messing with vanos I'd like to see long term results, its an EASY way to tear up an engine.

It's ok...I know exactly WHY you are so pissed off and WHY you bash Shiv and the PROcede. You're almost in a similar boat as Terry was...Shiv refused to sell the PROcede to Terry, and we all know the things that Terry did and said.

schneid4323 you are killing us with your misspelled words, please download the spell check program and install it. Then you can use the little "abc" button to the right when you post to correct the spelling.

I don't have a problem with the extra buck fifty. I got in line for it. 40 more HP...where do I sign?

Shiv needs to cover his costs and make a little money too.

It's not that; he thinks he's spelling correctly...that's what happens when you just have a 6th grade education.
