Or perhaps he just likes the stock aggressiveness of the M3 body panels and wants to go that route? Whatever his reason, stop hounding him. If you think your way is better, go do it yourself.

I already have. My car is entirely brushed steel. Slammed with front splitters and diffusers. All very euro looking. And I get photos taken of my car whilst my friend in his m3 doesnt get alloy of anything as its seen seen before.
Each to thier own though. Just a shame to see something so well thought out on the inside and engine wise to be labelled a rep. Reps in uk are frowned upon even 4 exhausts on a non M are frowned upon due to imitation. Good luck with the whole build though dude. Ill put some pics of mine up once your finished. |

What is the purpose of the zig zag pattern on the top portion of the inner face? Also, why did you choose to brand it BMW performance? Just curious...
I'm thoroughly impressed! |

BMW Motorsport logo is just for fun. We can manufacture more units, if there is a demand. Those production items will have my own brand which is SYMPORT MOTORSPORT :-) |

Off topic: sound of my M3 exhaust system
Sorry to be a little bit off-topic, but meanwhile the n54 development, we have finished my e93 M3 custom made exhaust system (developed in-house). It has X pipe, pass-through resonators and two HJS 200 cell spor cats.
By the end of this year, M3 will have a compressor kit as well (I am hesitating between Harrop or Active Autowerke). Engine will be reassembled and ceramic coated as well. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3o52yfo7p...2009.17.18.mp4 Next week we are preparing to assembly my n54 engine as well. |
