We took care of a bit of diagnostics on a few issues the owner was experiencing, full intake valve carbon cleaning, as well as repaired a couple broken components in the charge air tract!

This afternoon we have been putting some diagnostic time into both this BMW X3 & X5 to resolve a few areas of concern!



Despite last night's frigid temperatures this BMW E90 M3 V8 powered 4 door sedan still made it down to our HQ to have a bit of service work completed on it! We appreciate seeing our customers take their vehicle's maintenance seriously!





BMW X5 in for Repair & Diagnostics this afternoon. The Service Team is working to resolve a few issues with the rear suspension.



Looks like this B6 S4 equipped with a new rebuilt 4.2L V8 might just be running before the days end!

The beginning of yet another engine build always starts with a complete tear down and inspection!



Definitely an SUV type of week at RSW, this is the 5th BMW "Truck" we have completed repairs on!



Nice thing about perfectly level surfaces, they are GREAT for checking ride height!



The RSW Service Team is ensuring this Q7 is as safe a possible during the Winter months, time to get that old rubber off, and a new set of meaty tires on!



This Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI came into the shop to resolve a CEL (Check Engine Light), our Team found the vehicle had a non-properly functioning Diverter Valve as well as a bad fuel pressure sensor! Our oh hand in stock inventory allowed for an in/out repair and minimal downtime for the owner!



Holy Carbon Build Up! This vehicle has over 100,000 miles, and the carbon goes from the chamber walls to the back side of the valve!
The build up is robbing both fuel economy and horsepower!



Yup, the Service Team can take care of all the modern day Volvo owner's needs!



The Service Team has been working diligently all week on this B6 S4 to get it finished. The vehicle literally came to us in 100s of pieces & several different boxes. We are happy to say that after an extensive engine rebuild it is finally now 100% back together! It's time to get some miles on it before it's "ok'd" to be returned back to its owner!





We Finished off last week with maintenance and upgrades on this local PCA members 996!

With this past weeks low temperatures we have had several vehicles in the shop for coolant / heating system repairs.

This Passat 2.0T FSI is in this morning to to have it's DSG transmission removed and completely rebuilt / re-sealed after previous repairs from the "other-guys" didn't go so well.





The Service Team is a big fan of the 210 chassis Mercedes Benz, when well maintained they will last forever. This E320 is receiving a transmission service as well as complete complimentary inspection!

This morning we are preforming an ECU Update for this APR K04 customer. Due to the vehicle's ECU Type the RSW Service Team must remove the ECU to update to the newest APR programming which will allow direct port flashing in the future.

Audi Direct Injection Fuel System Diagnostics for this B7 A4 2.0T FSI this morning.



Yet another 2.0T TSI VW on the brink of disaster. This 50,000 mile MK6 GTI came into the shop for diagnostics on a check engine light. Upon initial inspection the RSW Service Team found a fault in the ECU for incorrect camshaft correlation.

Our technicians put the engine into time, and after inspecting the engine they found that the timing chain tensioner had allowed the engine to jump time. Luckily we were able to catch this one before any serious damage occurred!



Happy Friday! We are starting the morning off with this 944. The team is diagnosing a few issues for the owner as well as performing a complimentary vehicle inspection.

Another day, another Audi B7 RS4 in the shop for a full Intake Valve Carbon Cleaning Service. This particular RS4 has rather high mileage, and has never had the serviced completed. So we're quite interested in how the build up is!



We love the timeless styling of the E46 BMW Chassis. . . especially when it's sitting on our Hunter Engineering In Ground Hawkeye alignment rack!



It has become quite the common occurrence for us to see failure of the Audi / VW 2.0T TSI Intake Manifold. We are practically replacing them on a weekly basis!

With over 100,000 miles on this Audi RS4 and never receiving an Intake Valve Carbon Cleaning Service, the build up was extensive. Some of the upper portions of the ports were almost completely blocked!

After completing the installation of all the components we got the S3 on our in-ground Hunter Hawk Eye Alignment System to do a preliminary alignment to ensure the vehicle would be good to go for the owners' up-coming road trip.

The BMW E92 S65 V8 M3 Engine is receiving a set of APR Custom Aged 625+ Rod Bolts during the course of its engine service.

What is the difference between ARP 625 and ARP 2000 bolts you ask?

The tried, true, and very popular ARP 2000 material is a quench and tempered heavily alloyed martensitic steel with a typical 44-47 C- scale Rockwell hardness and rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength. The ARP Custom age 625 + counterparts are comprised of a higher tensile strength super-alloy corrosion resistant material, also quench and temper heat treated, to a robust 260,000psi.
