I typically run 35 all the way around and I've been pretty happy with it.

Absolutely, 32/36 hot is what I run. About 29/33 cold.

Up around 40 psi the tires feel like concrete.

Yeah I saw those scoops and they seem a good idea until you consider how much water they could direct into the airbox.

I decided to try wrapping my steering wheel and my steering wheel trim. Both do not look great and I plan on redoing the job soon. I had some carbon vinyl wrap left-over from my PC and laptop project a few months back, and while it does look better in person. I'll be redoing the stiches on the top half of the wheel and will try out some matte black vinyl wrap I ordered for the steering wheel trim. This took about 3 1/2 hours to do which includes the waiting time after disconnecting the battery and the time it took to clean off the peeling rubber of the steering wheel trim.

I'm planning on trying out UK_Nomad's guide regarding the LED tail light issue in the pre LCI e93/e92 models.

I took apart my inner trunk taillights both and the leds all work fine. They don't seem to actually fail. What goes out is something else within that circuit board. I believe a capacitor or something because when they don't turn on you can unplug them and plug them in repeatedly and eventually they will turn on for me at least. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't but I'd rather them do that than not work at all. I tested the leds and repaired every solder joint.

Thanks for another great tip. The LED on my driver side trunk are completely out so that is probably the issue. The LEDs on my driver side panel are dimmed out so I'm thinking the issue with those has to be the LEDs expiring. I will try reflowing the solder first and then testing the lights. A better plan than just tearing in there hoping for the best.

I changed the oil and rotated the tires and I'll wash it in a day or so.

Yea that's the reason I bought the big stuff from fcp. Just sucks! Not so sure I want to do it in my driveway.

I think it's doable in the driveway just time consuming. Almost fully pulled a 6 speed out of an xdrive 330 in the junkyard that ended up being cracked and it wasn't super hard. Just gotta get at the top bolts of the housing with 5 miles worth of extension

I recorded the process. It's a bit destructive depending what you do to open them. I'm baffled nobody has come out with an LED that's the same as the ones bmw used from the factory. I've heard replacement ones sometimes don't look the same as the original
