I celebrated closing a big deal with an Omega Seamaster from 2006, I cannot wait to receive it in a few days.

[QUOTE="M_Six;31529267"]Seriously. That would last me until November 3050.

I finished off 25 oz of Franks in a few months.
Cholula Hot Sauce is less hot, and I like much better than Franks. I use Cholua more like ketchup. Give it 8 months....all right, a year..

My plastic one has fallen apart. Had a good run for several years, but saw this tempered glass one for maybe $30 or so more than the replacement plastic. I opted for 46x55. Supposed to be delivered in the upcoming days.

Picked up a new daily/"beater car". 2007 Honda Accord EX-L V6. 121k miles on the clock. In decent shape other than the normal Honda rust which I might get fixed. Not 100% sure on that yet

Portable power station for tailgating and quick plug in during a storm before I can get outside to hook up large (17.5 kWh) generator to panel and get it going. Should be enough to plug in router and office equipment or a TV. Arrive yesterday and charged overnight. Also got the solar panel for it, but it will probably take forever to charge it if I ever need to use it.

Then Amazon put a bigger one I was eyeing on sale, so I grabbed that too. This one can run the refrigerator if necessary. Might return the first one after this second one arrives.

With the dogs that have full run of the backyard at all times - my Amazon purchase was this thing. $500 off.

Typical robot vacuum with a mopping feature. Hoping for some miracles here. We'll see.

I ended up getting a tri-fuel from Costco after our last outage that went 12 hours. Having a fish tank to keep running is more a pain than anything. Need to get off my ass and set this up on the natural gas line coming in...and work my breakers for a flip over.

Needless - good luck this evening. Hope things won't be too bad for yinz.

Our big generator is gasoline only. We don't have natural gas service and a standby with propane tank is an expensive proposition. When I hook it to the panel (and have gasoline) it will run all essential appliances, lights, ceiling fans, one of our central a/c units and one of our water heaters. We have done that once in the 10+ years we've had it. So these smaller one's should fill the gap for minor outages to keep me working in my office and keep the refrigerator going during a storm until I go get gasoline and hook up the generator to the panel once the storm ends.

Like electric cars, though, these things are fairly expensive relative to a fuel-powered generator.

I have one. Albeit, a smaller one, but I have been very pleased with mine. I’ll bring it camping, and it will power my fridge/freezer for about three days uninterrupted. My only complaint is that I don’t have a slightly larger one for the house. My 500w one will not power a home fridge.

I actually just cancelled the order and placed an order for the same one with 2 solar panels instead of 1 panel for $699 after $600 Amazon Prime Big Deal Day coupon. 1500w / 3000w surge output.

Now THAT'S a deal. Wow! I wish I had a $600 coupon...

EDIT: I take that back. I now see the box to check to apply the coupon. Holy smokes!

Yesterday it was $749 with one panel and I thought that was a deal. Glad I checked again today.
