Just checking out the older posts and saw this. I had no idea about the new legislation, so I googled it and encountered this guy in the comments. It really bothers me that people say that because of their circumstances, they cannot afford to pay certain fines or submit to certain punishments. Did he forget that he broke a legitimate law, all evidence pointing to his guilt? If he cannot afford or submit to the fines or punishments administered to him for the crime he DID commit, and if he knows that he needs his car, why was he going 115 mph. And if he was planning on speeding that much, why didn't he evaluate WHERE he was doing it so as to reduce the risk of getting pulled over?
