If anyone is interested the Volkswagen guys in the charleston area are having a big meet with all euro cars welcome and a live band this Friday July 10th. Plain Jane I think. Should be a lot of fun.

Kev, what color is your car? I always see a few 335s around wescott/n chas and can never tell if they are modded or not (i have a black e92 that looks 100% stock)

some friends and I are putting together a pretty big car meet that will be held in Chattanooga Tn on march 26th. this will be the first big meet of the year and will be open to all cars. cars that are wanting to be in the show will have to register and be approved. this will be a showcase for clean, nice, well put togther cars. go to the facebook page and give it a like and stay updated.

This seems like the best thread to introduce myself and ask my first question. Columbia member here, just bought a 2008 328i base 6-speed. Purchased this one because I got a really great deal and have an eye to customize it to my own preferences.

My question is: Can anyone recommend a mechanic in Columbia that installs/works on aftermarket equipment? Philip's comes highly recommended but they have told me that they don't install aftermarket items.
