I feel I lost my ability to get into higher rpm's quicker then OEM airbox and as of this morning feathering my gas pedal I've confirmed my mpg has gone down by 2 mpg. So in my experiment with these DCI's I'm losing on 2 fronts.

- mpg
- unconfirmed hp loss, but definite acceleration (possible low -mid lag)

I guess one plus could be the cool spooling sounds coming from your engine bay, but that gonna get old real soon.

Dove the car into the City yesterday and f*cking curbed the right front wheel.

Going to get it fixed next week which will cost about $200 for the machine work and new powdercoating.

NEVER going to drive the 335i into f*cking the City again!!!!

Swapped the 17 inch Style 161's for 18 inch 189's and added Macht Schnell 15mm spacers to the rears!

Replaced waterpump + tstat at 64k, replaced oil housing gasket and flushed the cooling system a few times as it filled my coolant reservoir with oil... No bueno. Note to everyone, if you ever notice your ohg leaking/seeping oil around it act asap as it could be letting oil into your cooling system.

Accidentally had a slight glancing blow off my white painted fence. Now I need to get some white paint scuffs off my clear bra on the front left of my 2010 335xi. No body damage, just some white paint scuffs.

Posting here to get my account confirmed. Have some questions about maintenance.

Picked up the right front wheel that I got fixed after I curbed it last week and reinstalled in on the car today. Powdercoating wasn't "perfect" but at least I don't have a 4" gash on the front week anymore.
