Yozh, I would suggest you call JR. I think it's going to be the "squeaky wheel will get the grease". Call him and find out if their is a line of ECUs. Best of luck.

As far as rsworx is concerned you gotta get on the phone, you can email them till you're blue in the face but that wont get anywhere. They cant dodge a phone call, and as any business of that nature they are quite busy (although that's no excuse for not doing your stuff)

I got my pipe I got my pipe. BTW who has paid and not hv either pipe or program. Get on their asses its unacceptable you guys deserve better than this if it was me you bet I would be calling emailing or whatever. I'm really shocked they havent told you guys anything I hope it goes thru soon. Where's Stan. Can u please help my friends

Austin I hv let it go but I wont be put down by nobody. I opened this thread and i will keep posting as long as I dont offend ANYONE. Jess has done the pipe WHERE are the people that have ordered their tune from Ecotune I can count 3 Jess Tdi and Cuda i believe, its sad to say that reputable company cannot meet the needs of their customers and try to bash folks that try to open their eyes to US regs. I have my pipe and I feel for those that have entrusted RS and Ecotune for a product that is STILL in the making and not delivered or maybe it has and those that have it wont say anything!!. My intentions for this blog was to open a way to free us up from the dreaded DPF and other issues pertaining it. AGAIN, how can i trust someone that promised me something and still YET to deliver, I dont think so amigo!!

TDI's was the prototype run. Jess and I are from the 10. Iaknown has his stuff but is busy and hadn't installed yet. That is 3 of the 10 accounted for.

I have been contacted from a forum member and i wont disclose his name, but he is upset at ECOTUNE and is going to to get ahold of Jess to make his pipe

335dlci wasnt that same thing they told you guys 3 weeks ago!!!

All of the remaining pipes are in NJ since June 27th. Holdup would only be coding and remapping. I learned this wasn't necessarily an easy slam dunk. But you have to get your ECU in to get that ball rolling. My ECU took one week but there was a holiday weekend in that 7 day period.

JR was also kind enough to send pipe while they were figuring out the ECU. It took three days ground ship to Texas. The ECU was overnighted and they both arrived on same day :-).

I emailed JR monday. He said he could send my pipe this week but wouldn't be until next week on the ECU buttt...i've yet to see it or a tracking number and i emailed him again yesterday. I understand we aren't the only customers for RSW but this has been going on for a long time. JR where you at?

Yeah I agree. I understand it has been a long process with tuning and maching up the pipe or what not but it's been way too long

Hi, I am new here. I have spoken to Stan a few times, have a 335d, and would like to delete my DPF.

I have read much of this thread, but may have missed how those who are having Jess make a DP are programming their ECUs. Also, who is Jess and what is the best way to contact him?

And everyone going the 'Stan' route is using RSW?

I appreciate any help, and your patience with me. Thanks!

Kudos for you CUDA, I hope EVERYONE gets their stuff ok. I have been on Ecotunes ass but hey this is BUSINESS and whenever any business gets your money they should back up what they say and so far its unfortunate that they still havent gotten the kinks of sending either the pipes or recieving the ECU's that is why i am taking my time for the week of August 11 on August 14 removal and installation of new pipe and EGR plugs, August 15 tuning and dyno. And YES I will provide video pics and DYNO's. Good luck amigos!!
