I made a map 6 within 10 miles targeting 18psi and romped around lol. Just make sure you are running E40 or better.....you can race your pal tonight to make the same map 6 as him so it's all the same. Shift at 6k

Thanks! Been looking for that forever to see if a richer AFR will allow more boost with 93 octane.

Looks like you are maxing out the stock MAP sensor at 21.6psi. Unfortunately my work computer doesn't let me view datazaps very well so I couldn't see much more.

I'll be posting results in the very near future of my Pure Stage 1, FBO, with PTF proTUNE eTune via Cobb AP. Dzenno and team have my data and are working on a custom tune as we speak. Very excited to see what this will bring!

Looking back at your old stock turbo logs, it apears there is no difference, boost wise, with having a lower afr. Also, I dont under stand why it would be going up, from 10.5-12 over a gear.

Hey guys .. After install working with Darkhold trying to figure why my boost targets on map 2 and 5 is low seems something off here .. Darkhold made a custom map 6 for me which i'll try later on tonight once roads clear up a little bit ( too much traffic) while heres my log i did today 4th gear pull ... seems like boost is too low for map 2 and afro's kinda high too ... car is F30 FBO on 93oct weather is 85f deg..

Link to old logs?

Boost won't be affected by AFR (unless map 5, indirectly). The difference would be seen in timing. Lower AFR should allow more timing and less knock retard.

My garage installed my Pure Turbos stage 1 today. The book time for a turbo swap is 11 hrs. They had one their more experienced mechanics do the swap and it still took him 9 hrs. I give them a lot of business so they gave me a good discount, but don't be surprised if the installation costs close to what the turbo costs.

I am currently stock, except for JB4 (map 5), but my butt dyno still noticed a significant increase in power driving home. I'll probably wait until after my VANOS bolts are replaced by the dealer before doing flex fuel. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade!

Looks like something you would see for a non-direct inject engine

That does looks weird, not sure why target would be so low.

No it's 2013 with pnumetic one .. I don't feel like boosting more if my log dosent look smooth with 17psi .. Anything I can do too smooth it out ? Less e85 ? or more octane ? Thnx I can't post log here trough iphone as file.. I'll email it to u if u can post it I'll appreciate it .. With stock turbo and 4gals of e85 it seemed fine .. With pure 3.5gals my lpfp start dropping

Can you point out to specific logs.
Also worth noting that lots of the logs up there are from unfinished maps still being developed.

Such as this one, this wasn't the final revision of the map.
The issue of over rich AFRs post shift was discussed extensively in another thread.

Fp_l in your car is oil temp in Fahrenheit. If you have ff wires fp_h shows you hpfp values. Which should be roughly between 10-14 on wot.
