I am going to Hartmans garage for the alignment on wednesday in cranberry and will see how accurate they are. I know the owner and alignment is 65 bucks for everyone. I just cant get my self to go to firestone for their lifetime alignments because I know 2 people that had a bad experience

brother they forgot to put the drain plug
friend the put the wrong oil in his x5 and blew the 4.4 engine, 25000 cost to firestone

if they cand do oil, I dont trust them for a alignment.

Previously I went to bmw but 95 percent of the time I drive my car myself, so I am just going to sit in the car while they do the alignment,

My suspension just settled about 1 cm more after 100 miles of driving...

Just a fyi the bmw master tech told me for every one inch drop from a stock oem suspension the camber changes by one degree (negative)

he often has people coming in asking to get a negative 2 degree camber and due to their drop they are already at negative 2 degrees...

I spun my KW V1s the whole way down (2.5-3 inch drop) when I installed them, was running -2.5 degrees of camber. Now after aligned, -1.5 degree of camber.

I left my print out at my girlfriend's apartment in moon, but this now gives me a good reason to call them and have them email it to me. I'll post it up asap.

I can say that the ride feels wonderful with my KW V1s. I'm absolutely crushed on the ground with the rears spun the whole way down and the fronts with 5 threads left (all my bumstops and perches still in), and although I'm rubbing and scrapping my way around Butler, the ride is just slightly worse than OEM. If OEM ride is 100% comfort, this is 95% comfort.

I drove an R32 then lowered it just as much (on B&G Coils), and the ride quality was sacrificed hard (from 100% comfort to 75-80% comfort) so I do have some experience with lowered cars as a benchmark for the BMW.

I have never shown my car here, but if I do, I will park in the upper lot all by my lonesome. Or with other BMW's of course.

hahaha the pastor of the church is a huge car guy!
So every Friday he holds a car show in their parking lot.
Probably the biggest event that takes place anywhere around here.
I mean, even food vendors come to this and set up.
Not the greatest show you will ever see in your life, but for being local it is really pretty good.
