you really wouldn't even need to save up!
With a monthly payment of $2,3xx you can def find houses for that cheap somewhere relatively local

oh comeon now....u gotta factor in the fact that most college students aren't ready to put a huge downpayment on a house ne wayz! sure the monthly is lil over $1k, but still. that'd be lil over $1k after u put down 100-200k downpayment on that house. be realistic ppl!!!

hahaaa.. you said college student.. a lot of college students are broke.. and they can still afford payments on a nice luxury apartment? i'm sure their parents are paying for them..

and can't forget paying tuition especially at USC??

yeah, but no full court with the Lakers and Clippers logos on them.

Though my local 24HR Sport basketball court looks very nice already.

lol why u guys hatin' so much? my ex used to pay that for a hole in a wall apartment. she only got one room, and that excludes utility. LA is expensive town
