I actually didn't know that had coriander in it. I like Hoegaarden pretty well. It seems that with beers like Trippel the coriander is all I can taste and it becomes overpowering, like getting guacamole with too much cilantro in it.

Tradional Belgian Witbeers are brewed with coriander and orange peel.

For those that don't enjoy the coriander, try a nice German Hefeweizen like Ayinger Hefe Weizen. This is my favorite Hefe.

Schneider Brothers is another good German Hefe, make sure you skip the kristall and get the unfiltered.

No idea if this is going to be any good or not. The label caught my eye when I went to go buy some more bacon, so I got it. Have yet to open it.

When I went home for Christmas, my family gave me cash for a new pedal bike to ride down here. They presented me with that little mini Schwinn so it wasn't just like..., here's money for a bike.

I love it. The serrations help me destroy boxes at work when my tool orders come in. Sometimes I'll just sit in my chair..., and cut boxes, because I like how it feels.
