Yes, style 269, just over size tires. They had 255/30 not 255/40 for better clearance.

Took the ST for a drive. Not as fun as the TT but the noises it makes are phenomenal.

I haven't driven my E90 since Feb something . I want to drive it to my doctor's appointment tomorrow. But, it's supposed to snow overnight and tomorrow. My car has been clean since November 2020 (that's when I detailed it). Car washes are closed because of the freezing cold weather.

So, if I take my car. It'll get all salty and the salt will stay on the body panels and undercarriage until temps. dont rise. My mom's van on the other hand is pretty dirty so I might just take that

Very well made, expect they will last and keep looking good for a long time.
I have the 3.5" ones from 42draft and they are indeed very nice!

Are yours the weld on, or clamp on? Can you post photos of how they were installed?

Just finished putting the Sound Ordnance speakers on the E46 which sound great. Aswell as a an aux cord in the meantime I figure out what I'm going to do to get bluetooth on it because the radio stations here are 75% ads 25% garbage

They were welded on super ghetto using a 3" piece of tubing that was crushed down to fill the gap between the 3" inlet on the tip and the 60 mm PE pipe. Muffler shop did it for $50, looks like strait buns from underneath, do not recommend "letting them do their thing".

As far as I know the 330 fully opens up the valvetronic at I believe 2500 rpm while the 328 does so at 3700(?), there are more aggressive vanos and timing settings and I think fueling is different aswell, probably a lot more I'm missing. The msv70 thread goes over this although it's a long read. I noticed a good difference by flashing my 328xi with the 330 map and then a bigger one by putting the manifold in place. The 325 seems to be ridiculously worse off compared to the 328 when it comes to its stock software tuning.
It is hefty but it doesn't slosh like the big one, is that just cause it's too full to shake?

I'm reading your thread, good stuff there. Def want to do this w/ the 325 when it's turn comes.

The critters sure do love the bimmers. At least that one was easy to find, I found this over my fender liner. On the plus side the nest wasn't made out of parts from my car, the wires were just gratuitous chewing.

My question is... HOW did they manage to crawl up behind the fender liner like that? My fear is when they start chewing through wire harnesses and start shorting things out.

Pretty sure mine was chipmunks,I found them living in the saddlebags of my sickle a couple years ago making a nest out of my gloves and rags. That fear is not paranoia, those wires caused ABS wheel speed and level sensor codes that of course got the normal sensors and stuff replaced.

To be fair IDK if the PO put mothballs under the hood, but the chipmunk nest came with the car and I'm reading that as it's either mothballs EVERYWHERE or don't bother. At rat trap or konda bear would be a better choice.

And for the first time ever I was stuck in the snow. I also realized my coolant leak has returned so I think that temporary fix is up. Anyways I went to turn it back on and apparently the tablet was dead! Great! Luckily Mom came to the rescue and I was able to use her phone to turn it back on. Man I really need a Bluetooth OBD2 for my iPhone..

In conclusion: Lowered RWD cars with All Seasons do not like slushy snow or mud, and I haven't driven RWD enough to master it. AWD on the other hand grabbed like nothing the moment I turned it back on. I have a better appreciation for AWD after today

I added a UV coolant dye that makes it bright green, makes it easy to track. Stains the snow bright green so its a lot easier to catch it when it starts happening
