iirc, the guy ben bought them from said they were race.

yah he did.....i dunno.....aren't all race red...but the part numbers on the spring match the sport ones.....and the part number on the whit box is 50490 and i know race are 50494-88 and sports for my car are 50494-3...so these should fit right even though the came off a 325 e90

They are all visually identical and are interchangeable.

According to H&R the differences are in the spring rates, although the differences are extremely minute.

We installed at least three E90 springs on E92s with absolutely no repercussions.
