Ah...I just went 3-1 solo, then disconnect on the 5th placement game. When I reconnected, it went through the whole new account thing. Seems they're resetting or some junk...

damn i just played my 5 placement matches.. i went 4-1 b/c i played stupid against this 1 toss and got my first loss. in any case, i'm in gold rank. i dont think im that great but if this is the way things are going, i'll more than likely be platinum soon. i still dont even know all the units and hotkeys but im pwning so far

Should've used those placement matches to try the new units. Ah, well...many old rush strats still work, just now maps have ramps and defending a rush means defending the choke/ramp.

Shini, is the ladder all reset or are our stats still there?

Everything has been reset...new icons; you can't just choose them anymore, they're "earned" like Warcraft III. The reset also means you'll have to enter your friends ID's all over agian.

Still nothing more than 4 player maps, so no 3v3 or 4v4. Hopefully, some of these new maps don't have ramps/chokes at the starts. It'll force Terran players to do something other than turtle/tech.

I always play random, and am probably a mediocre gamer at best. Still, I'm good enough to at least hang in Silver League (solo) if I really try. I prefer to play for fun, and try different things than always do the same broken strats every time.

They removed 2 of my favorite 2v2 maps...I know a lot of you also don't like that map where you are side by side with your ally, but I kind of like it.
