* A fake PMB and reloadable card for those things you're too chickenshit to order, or it's questionable in nature
* Pro chefs that can cook anything from frickin' Top Ramen all the way to Beef Wellington

* A donkey for everyone, complete with a poncho and fake guns
* Full gym, Olympic-sized pool, 2 hot tubs

There was way too much time spent on this... Like you have been pondering this for quite some time... I feel that it might be safer to just stick with c5 and tonka at this point, lol... Some parts were what friends and sales team mentors joked about a long time ago (the whole house atop a huge garage deal since I know someone affluent enough to have 5 cars), lots of it was what I'd want if I built a house when I won the Lotto or something and kinda fantasize about once in a while (because when I lived in the shittiest living conditions I've ever had the misfortune of living in, it was the only thing that kept what was left of my sanity, but thank God I'm out of there), then in-jokes (donkeys of course, and then romp room and soundproofing for the "OT orgy")... Only about 15% of the content was made up on the spot.

Also no catch, just ridiculously expensive rent
