I made the mistake of buying these; it's been downhill since opening the box. Good looking pipes, but the customer service and "no hassle" satisfaction guarantee are pretty hard to believe when a company doesn't even have a customer service phone number and the only way of contacting them is through a message relay system.
The BBB rates these guys an F, and in my experience so far, that's valid. Cannot currently recommend this company. |
