It really does look like a great car and well-maintained. Funny...the Craigslist ad said his name was Tim (and so does the voicemail), but the Offerup says Nate.

These pictures are different from what I remember, no? And I didn't think the previous one was in Fullerton. Maybe I'm getting these all mixed up. In any case, the one you sent me was a situation where I only could respond to the Craigslist ad. Didn't have a phone number or a name like the current one does. Never had a response and then the ad simply expired...was never removed by the author.

When I called it went to to rings and then voicemail (like someone sent it to voicemail). But still no response to the text.

Frustrating.

Yes, this is one that was posted by others. Unfortunately, I’m very picky and that has been an issue. I’m finding that for a daily I want as many creature comforts as possible. I enjoy my HK sound, fold down seats, and comfort access. This car doesn’t have those even though it checks other boxes. It’s probably why I’ll be looking for a long time but it’s also why I’ll pay a premium for the right car and pay a finders fee.

Considering you're in it for the long haul here, if your price was right and the electric vehicle tax credit returns next year (as I'm considering a Model 3 Performance), I'd lightly consider selling mine then.

59k miles, Black Sapphire on black with Glacier Silver Aluminum trim, and everything on your list (including PPK) except satellite radio, and I'm only the second owner.

I don't think he'll consider black exterior, however if I can't find what I'm looking for by then I could be a potential buyer

I'll keep that in mind, thanks! The techie and speed demon in me says get a Model 3 Performance, but the frugal side of me says keep it + I'd really miss that E90 steering!

Saw this one a couple days ago. Mileage a little outside my range but not horrible. But I really need those fold down seats. These Florida and California RWD cars seem to never have the fold down seats, which is making me think it's a cold weather package deal only. I had the fold down seats in my last car and it was great from a utility standpoint. The flipside is that if it doesn't have cold weather package it doesn't have the headlight washers on the bumper, which definitely looks cleaner.

I also don't like Florida cars (burned twice in the past with shady history).

Fold down rear seats are the only option I wish my e90 had. It’s a BSM 6MT LCI N55 M-Sport, no i-drive with HK sound. Folding seats would have made it a perfect spec. Good luck with your search, I’ll keep an eye out for you.
