Chas has the one lap advantage and b/c of that he'll probably get pole then during the race, just like a lion, Max will creep up.
It is known the SF has a tyre wear problem under certain circumstances and I saw Windsor's piece of how Max deals with that in such a way (only works with the RB set up in Max's hands) to lessen the wear.

34.6°C temp - 47°C track temp.

And track temps closer to 50°C expected for the race tomorrow.

well, whatever those RB lookalike modifications do on the aston martin car.....it hasn't made them a fast car. We know that now

It's very clear Mercedes improved a lot !

Max said he had no power but safe for 2nd and like GuidoK says the previous fast lap saved him,so the mechanics will be busy on the number 1 car.

Phew..Horner has said it was a DRS issue for Max so no drivetrain issues.

As we know It's really hard to overtake at this track .
But in Miami we were very strong in saving tyres , let's hope we can do it tomorrow again .

The end of that long straight will be telling if it's difficult to overtake anywhere else. Max needs a clean start and I think use the same tactic as in Miami, it's a question of just grinding down the leader and Checo is not too far back.
