I see you're in San Diego. I'm in Costa Mesa and just took delivery on my 330i last Thursday (09/15/05). I'm with Verizon and I just purchased a Moto E815 and it works PERFECTLY! Uploads your phonebook and all flawlessly. And it's a nice phone too. I had an LG VX6000 that I really liked. I swore I'd never get another Motorola phone, but there were no LGs that were compatible so I got the E815. I must say, I highly recommend it. Let me know if you do decide to get it and share your experience.

So, are we Sprint customers screwed? I'm currently a Cingular customer, but my company is moving to Sprint. I was going to get that LG PM-325 but it can't transfer the phonebook, which is very sad to me. IIRC the LG PM-325 is the ONLY bluetooth phone that Sprint sells.

According to this link Sprint is currently offering six BlueTooth capable phones.

6680 will pair but won't download a phonebook. I got N70 and this is the same situation, trying to find out if there is a BMW fix

I planned to buy a N70 myself, but I'll guess it's best to wait to see if there is a fix.

Great phone though, I highly recommend it ! Even without a phonebook synchronization. I like it even better than P900 I have. Shoots great pictures and movies too

SE E800 is the same as K750, so from what I recall, it will do both.
Z800 would at least pair.

I have the SOny Ericsson W800i, and works flawlessly...automatically pairs and transfers phonebook. This phone is the same hardware as the K750i.

Interested to hear this phone works in an E90... What do you think of the phone? What's the MP3 like?

I gather there is a W900 coming - same as W800 but with 3G/UMTS/WCDMA. Looks like a good replacement for my N6630, which doesn't like the E90...

No. The best you can do is to create a list of most recent calls that are stored in the car's memory. You can do that by dialing the calls you want stored.
P990 is coming out in Q1, that should be able to do a synch

If your primary goal is MP3, get a W phone. Otherise, P series is great, although a bit too large. P990 will be here Q1.
For MP3, look at the Nokia N series
