let him know if he wants return he needs to pay the shipping back to you & on top of that you have to inspect every inch of the product to ensure it was in the same condition when you sold it and if not, no refund will be issued.

if he's smart, he'll deal with it.

What kind of world is he living in? There's no second chance or "sorry can I try it again" in life. When you screw up something or be careless about something, you really have to suffer the consequences. This is life. Sooner or later that guy needs to grow up and live in the real world.

I can only imagine when he tries to buy a house and finds it uncomfortable later on and tries to refund that...

O god... I wonder if he'll want to return his 135i when he realizes it gets bad mpg compared to a non-high performance car..

Yeah, if it's not 1000000% new, I'm not giving him a full refund. That was the agreement.

Again, it's just my personal opinion of who I will send my own money to. I've stated what I would have done in the same situation and gave you my opinion. You came here and posted to get other people's opinions. Now you are escalating and pumping up the drama yet again when someone actually gives you the opinions you solicited.
Wow you are annoying. Stay quiet.

OP I would do business with you. You are completely justified. I am impressed you even considered still given that punk his refund after his messages. You are not a vendor, so you owe no "refunds regardless of reason." Besides that, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product.

WhatamItalking about is a troll, looks like nearly half his posts are in this thread, and really has no valid or even well thought through points to make.

I like the pedals, first time seeing them. Clearly they have to be screwed in...and not into stock holes....that is obvious. Let me know if you order another batch. I will pick some up.
