Congratulations on the new web site. I am also glad to FINALLY see some product differentiation! So that's good!

On the side note, you REALLY need to hire a decent web developer/designer...

AE exhaust on your website are correct? They are way more cheaper than AE itself?
No need for a group-buy anymore
I'll be placing an order soon...

Shiv,

When I select "Order Now" on the N55 PnP Procede (Tuner Version) it takes me to an order page for the Enthusiast Version... seems like a glitch.

When will we see a list of the $50 "upgrades"? I just want the 2nd map and the NA mode on top of the Enthusiast Version... but if buying the Tuner Version garuntees I'm always good to go for the latest and greatest advancements I'll gladly spend the extra dough.

Man the changes are freaking awesome! I can't wait!

I have a feeling that the big secret is being able to control a single turbo and extra fueling through the procede. It would certainly be a big loss if the JB crowd were to be able to get a hold of that bit, if that's what's in store.

Love the new site, simple and straightforward. Perfect!
Would it be possible to buy at customized launch control that works like this (at)

1. Hold the downshift padel for 2sec and the brake will engaged
2. i give full throttel and it limitet to ca 3000 rpm until i releas the padel

Resone for me needing this is that i cant do both things at the same time, i gas and brake whit a stick (wheelchair)

yep this is exactly why the Performance kit flash is locked to a VIN and cripted. Imagine that being available to everybody.... even if its not much boost it will sell like crazy.

Vin lock also generates revenue on resale as you have to pay $150 to lock it to a different vehicle.

You may need to say this about 20 more times as reading comprehension is down a bit. Presumably due to turkey comas.

On another note, resale should be the last thing on anyones mind. It should be about capability and features. If not, perhaps one purchased too much vehicle for ones wallet.

Congrats on the new site! It is awesome! I wish you sold all those things when I first started tuning my car. I would definately have preferrred to use a single supplier!

Can't wait to learn more about your upgraded turbo options!!!!!!! I think those will start to be more and more popular as cars get higher in mileage and people start to replace turbos prophylactically.

Maybe...but Shiv has been providing absolutely free support to the 2nd/3rd etc...buyers.

You can buy it second hand, it be completely screwed up...ship it to him, he will fix it, load the latest stuff..and ship it to the new customer at ZERO charge.

$150 is nothing..chump change...seriously man.

People shouldn't own a BMW if $150 is bothersome to them. They put thousands of dollars in other mods which will be worth maybe half when they go back to stock, and don't complain one bit about that...or the $25K in depreciation their car takes a hit on in 3 years...that is cool!!!!

But $150 and people about it. Not saying you are. I'm sure Terry is going to have a field day with this...why he scrambles wondering why he is clueless and always behind. But not turning this into a tuner war...just saying, with good comes some negative.

I think it is a good move and reasonable for the best Piggyback on the market right now.

just curious why i have to search e90 to find out this kind of information? why not post something on 1addicts also?
just curious how vin locking keeps another company from reverse engineering it? wouldnt they just have to buy one for their car or a willing customer?

After cruising through all the information from Shiv and the misinterpretations of the rest of us I've got to say that Shiv has done good by all his fans and customers. A very fair setup for old customers and a good deal for new ones. I couldn't be happier and I think we owe Shiv a big thank you and a hug. Of course if you want to send a donation to his IRA I'm sure they will be cheerfully accepted.

It seems very clear that I made the correct decision in getting my Proceed...

Your constant willingness to upgrade, provide support and innovation with this device is amazing...

Your new tiered pricing structure and upgrade ability, support for us V2 users, and new features makes perfect sense...

Thanks for this, can't wait for the new maps... As to the VIN lock feature with regards to us V2 users, I agree with some other posts on here, you might have to reiterate it numerous times for it to sink in to some that it's NOT AN ISSUE! LOL!!!

As for me, I have my car for the next 3 years so it's not an issue, and the next car will likely be a 2011 335is...
