The maps are working great for me. I'm very happy with them, I can do a full WOT pull in map 2 with pump gas w/o the car cutting out. When I break traction I can keep my foot down w/o any hicups or limp modes. very pleased!

I have timing drops of 0 ignition after a shift and it's flatlined. I find it very weird to have zero ignition advance post shift and I am running meth 80/20 mix. Anyone else experiencing this? I am AT

Some of you need to learn how to read. It has been posted many times in the readme file and here that if you have issues with the BETA maps, do not post the issue here but email Shiv.

Wastegates are fine now, thanks for asking. Not sure when I was crying to the dealership. Must've been in your self-serving biased imagination. Sad.

But I am proud of your excellent use of exclamation points! You must've been really excited thinking "oh boy oh boy oh boy I got him now!!!" while laughing out loud and writing that post! Too bad you failed yet again!

Let's get back to the topic at hand: 6-14 maps. Your childishness will get no more responses from me.

That's what I had in mine all along. No response from you is like winning the lottery. I will be satisfied with that. This hopefully will be the last post directed towards you since you will no longer respond to anything I post from here after!!! Thank god

Come on DCT guys, please try the 6-14 DIC maps to collect essential experiences.

On the other hand, i downloaded User Software version 5.1. What are the differences between version 5.0 and 5.1? Anybody knows it?

People really need to read the read me file. Because of this, this will be the last public release of beta maps.

I'm sorry that some people can't read. Ruins it for the rest of us.

I hope you all are happy.

Shiv, you might want to create a private forum on your website for those of us running the beta maps to more freely converse with one another. Then just ban those who refuse to follow the guidelines laid forth in the Read Me.

I think you have the facility to have a private CUSTOMER area in the Vishnu website. I would be fine going in there...

Some times I want to talk to other beta users to understand if I have a prob before I interrupt Vishnu

Set the process, limit access to beta users and issue goes away.

Yup

Ever since BMW updated my software I have had this issue.

But try this and report back.

I reset my transmission adaptation today and pulled a log. The post shift recovery looked normal again.

I have a theory that as AT adaptation logic adapts to driving style, it shifts faster and harder which may invoke a post-shift timing drop if the DME is not liking the shift timing/increased load going into a taller gear.

Give it a whirl and see if the same happens to you.
