Loved the Rolls Royce segment. We all talk about how prestigious and exclusive they are but when you actually see what goes into making a Phantom or Ghost for a customer, it's fascinating. |

This was a pretty good documentary....really makes me proud to drive a BMW...I now see why I don't read Consumer Reports, that guy was a douche bag....and c'mon guys the gong isnt bad at all compared to most annoying chimes in most cars...to me....it's more cool now that I know a sound engineer created it.

Cool, but underwhelming. Wish they showed N Ring testing and the M Division

It was worth watching and it made me appreciate my car more, but I wish they showed some performance driving and tuning. I would have loved to see them put an M3 through its paces on their test track.
Paying attention to the details is great because the cumulative effect helps BMW's become ultimate driving machines, but it's more important to get the fundamentals right. For example, we've needed a good solution to the harsh ride RFT's provide for years. I'd rather have them fix that problem than worry about the perfect sound of the gongs. As a consequence, most of us have come with our own fixes by buying high-performance summer and A/S non-RFT tires (PS2, PSS, DW, DWS, etc.). The fact that so many of us have done it shows that it needs to be addressed. |

Need someone to Torrent this. I won't be up a 4am (9pm ET) to see it on Sunday, and I missed the midnight run last night.

I think chime guy is doing a stellar job, however whoever decided to run that chime sooooooooo long when your door is ajar, needs to be smacked.

Good overall, but I would have liked to either have more focus on BMW as a corporation, (Rolls, MINI, etc..) or just on the history and current production of their vehicles.

I loved every minute of this. Got a kick out of the guy saying something to the effect of: "Yes, our vehicles may be over-engineered. Our pedals were at one point painted seven times, and we had to ask ourselves if this is really better than three times."

Really enjoyed this, from start to finish. Yeah they could have expanded more on some areas or delved into certain areas, but Im sure that would be a 10 hour documentary which we'd all love
Only part that I didnt like was the opera lyrics |
