Can you give an estimate of how many in-house turnkey installs you guys want to do before you allow the setup to be installed in other qualified shops?

lol.. yes, i nearly lost control of the car. The left lane is notoriously bumpy and my car really isn't set up to be stable at that speed. Rear end damping is way too soft. Once it got unsettled during deccel, the whole car stepped to the left a few feet and nearly went into the marbles. And once in that gravel, i knew it would have ended bad. So i tried very gently to get it back in line knowing that any big steering changes would have made things 10x worse. I was lucky. I really didn't want to be THAT guy who wrecked his car. Yikes.

I hear that. After 160+ you need to ease off the gas from WOT or that rear end gets swirly. (im sure you know). Good save. I had to adjust my coilovers for that reason.

Only in Forza ( I was referring to adjusting my coilovers in the rear because under hard braking the back end was very loose, in general). I still have the stock speed limiter on so no 160's for me in this car.

I'd say maybe 4 or 5. More important is test fitting the kit in add different combinations of 6at/mt and awd/rwd. Which we are working on doing right now.

I think any strong running N54 would definitely would need a SLD in an event like this. On my vbox (level runs) testing, I would hit 152mph before the governor kicked in, well before the 1/2 mile mark on my 91/meth runs. And that was GPS logged, the speedo can read 160mph at the point where people actually feel the governor kick in.

Oh I know that. I hit the limiter many times. Its quite annoying as you really get into the fat end of 5th and bam 155. Of course I only hit it on "closed courses".

The videos are just incredible. Assuming the same conversion will be done on the N55 eventually, add me to the future list of taking a road trip down to Cali to get the install done haha.

Probably a lot of heat being created during that long of a sustained run in the desert.

Thanks man. FWIW, with the Procede installed, timing is still pulled on a per-individual cylinder basis in response to knock. The only difference is that you can't monitor/datalog this activity (yet).

I raced Shivs car, we did a 50 mile pull, I was on 3rd and by the time I felt the power push me again my seat, Shivs car jumped almost like a all wheel drive car does when off the line and he was gone. Much faster than the TT C5 I raced after that who was also runing meth.

Don't really thin RB come even close and for 5K I don't really think is worth the money, way too much for what it is. Nothing on the market is i think, not until Shivs kit is release that is.

Shiv - can i pay you to "NOT" to respond to those who are not helping you or the community to push the platform forward? I would rather you just post your results from your testing.

I know i don't have the post count to get the "clout" of those who have been posting for a while. But I can't be the only one tired of skipping some posts?

on a side note, I actually enjoy Shiv's attitude which other may not enjoy ... I have respect for those who hold strong to what they believe and how they want to do things, especially in the wind of those who say "you're doing it wrong" or "its not going to work". It takes more effort to have a backbone and to do what makes yourself happy vs. clamoring to every internet users' whims.

You can add people to an ignore list. That will help clean up the thread if you want to avoid reading the same kinds of posts from the same old people doing what they do in every thread

Read shivs OP and nothing else. I can't wait to see the "high" boost runs and if the N54 holds up.
