I'll be In Germany for the next two years so I have every intention on taking advantage of all they have to offer as well as other countries.

This is one of those depends questions. Not unlike whisk(e)y or blondes, brunettes or red heads.
I like a good dark stout in the winter time. Sitting in the pub near the fire having a Guinness or micro brewery stout is great, MGD with chicken wings, Asahi Super Dry with sushi and Tsing Tao with dim sum. I guess my point is I don't have a favourite beer..... |

There are too many Hazy IPA's that I'm a huge fan of right now. Mikeller, Modern Times, Abnormal, Resident, etc all make great Hazy's.

Any Kölsch fans here? I went to Cologne a handful of times last year and I couldn't get enough! I had tried it prior, but didn't know the customs behind it until going to Cologne. And of course it tastes so much better at the source anyways. Bottles just don't do it justice!

I burped the keg, and had an unfiltered scuplin last night. Good stuff, a little different then regular sculpin, the finish/after taste is the most different.

New beers
This is such a random post but I don't care. Not even sure if there's been a beer thread. If not, this is it. I just tried a local Georgia brewery's beer Pretoria Fields and their Walkers Station Stout. It's excellent and I highly recommend it if you can find it. May be one of those beers that's hard to get out of state?
Description: Velvety smooth stout with roasty notes of dark chocolate, toffee and caramel. |

I'm into a stout myself tonight. Dogfish Head Camp Amp chocolate stout. Not bad at all.
