I hope they ship soon, I am eagerly awaiting mine. But there was over 20 items for the paint shop to paint this time so it may take some time.

Hey guys,

We really should have given you an update Friday, but we've been going crazy here at UED. Garrett's been out of town at a race even since Wed. and I have had to handle E90 post orders, and orders from the other 4 forums we sponsor as well as taking phone calls, shipping products, and what not..... Yeah, it's been crazy to say the least!

Garrett and I really thought these were going to be shipped by the end of the week (before our deadline) as arranged and promised by our painter. We really were not expecting to go into the weekend. However, we have not heard from him since Wed. We have called probably over 1000 times, we've passed by, we have tried everything we can. Apparently he left on an emergency and his phone is off....awesome.

He gave us a few grilles on Monday before this went down and those shipped. Mainly the blacks. The next batch was supposed to be done Tuesday and he called us telling us that he was leaving early so to pick up the next batch (whites, and a few others) Wed. Morning. Garrett showed up Wed. morning and he was not there. We called, called, called, and called again without a reply.

We are positive that almost all the grilles should be done, we just need to get in touch with the damn guy to figure out what happened and pick up whatever he's got there.

We are working on a solution to the problem. For starters we're working on getting th guys home address and will be going to his house Monday morning when Garrett gets back in town. If need be, we're going to have the needed amount of grilles overnighted to us and call in a favor to get this painted ASAP. Regardless we really believe that these will be done before the deadline if the GB would have closed on the original close date before the early close.

We'll keep everyone updated as updates come in. We are seriously worried about our painter; he's a real good guy.

** This doesn't apply to MotoJoe, and others who were waiting on replacement parts.

Those who have had their orders shipped have been PMd. Lower Bumper Grille orders should ship tonight or tomorrow. We are working on getting everything sorted out with our painter and we hope that he is alright. Thanks for your patience!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to give everyone another update. We went ahead and tried contacting the painter again and the guy has vanished into thin air. We are really getting worried about him.

Regardless of our personal concerns with him, we still owe you guys your promised products, so we went ahead and took a hard hit by ordering all of the parts again from BMW NA. We were promised a completion date of the parts being here on Wed. so figure we'll have them in our other paint shop by Thurs. morning and beg the body shop to work on them as fast as possible.

We have seriously tried EVERYTHING in our posession to get this resolved...even if it means having to buy all of the parts again and assume we have to take a hit on the old ones. We hope that our painter surfaces soon and that he is ok.

*** Oh, and I jsut got an update that all Lower Bumper Grille only orders are shipping tonight. Thanks!

i didn't get pm too ... i was ordering stuff from them so many times and never had any problems ... now who knows how long it's going to take ...
