The same as every morning: 2 large glasses of water, Udi's Omega Flax toast, half butter & cottage cheese, the other half organic crunchy peanut butter, and the mega smoothie I make every other morning with lots of fresh organic fruits, veggies, protein, mint green tea.

For my wife and kids? Bacon & Toast.
