I have these Weathertech liners too. Only concern being the gap by the dead pedal and the accelerator pedal, snow/water can get under them at these points. But all in all, these are a necessity up "nort" where I live.

looks nice. I was waffling between matte black and gloss… both seem to suit Alpine White just fine

Depends on how low is low for you? I have them set so that all around the car sits 25" high from floor to top wheel arch (they can go much lower).

With this height and 19" 225 wheels, the front (8J - 235/35) doesn't rub and fills the wheel arch perfectly with 10mm spacers.
The rear (9J - 265/30) without spacers fits fine, with spacers it rubs and needs the fenders rolled. Any lower and you will need more camber and different wheel setup.

The front bumper is already taking some lower damage because the car is low and we have dips and bumps all over SoCal.

If you want to go really low look for FK's. They go all the way to the floor.

Yesterday Bobdudeman and I finished ATF pan/filter and fluid change project. At 103k miles, it didn't look as bad as I thought, was like coffee color. Also since xDrive, changed transfer case oil (that's some expensive shit). That didn't look as black as I expected either, but happy that's done too.

Both ATF and transfer case changes were a PITA because the additional parts on the xDrive get in the way (support bracket is in the way of the tranfer case fill hole, and front driveshaft is right by the ATF fill hole). It was a learning experience for both of us.

On top of that, Bob flashed my transmission with the Alpina program! Shifts slicker than... well ATF. Thanks Bobdudeman!

Excellent work and service from Bob. If you live in the Fox Valley, I'd highly recommend getting your car serviced by him. PM me for info.

Ordered some maintenance items. Oil filter wrench and adapter pad for jacking up the car. Also ordered a tow hook license plate mount the other day.

That is it for now I believe. So many mods, not enough time and money, lol.
