For a compressor wheel upgrade and oem looks I'd say it's well worth it

Hmm so FBO and JB4 I heard it should be around like 390 whp. With this upgraded turbo it only adds another 40-70 whp?
Aside from the whp gains this upgrade gives you a broader powerband again.

Instead of shifting at 5300 rpm like a diesel car, you can keep going till 6500 rpm again.

I have yet to see a solid video of like the speedometer of a FBO JB4+meth with a Pure Turbo upgrade. I'm sure if I see how fast that speedo goes up that will inspire me to get it asap lol.

Why does everybody say that? I never have to shift at 5300, my car pulls perfectly well until 6300-6400 and then drops off. This was also confirmed by my dyno session.

Then please post your dyno chart. The stock turbo falls off hard just after 5k normally. Maybe you aren't running an aggressive tune and trying to hold very high boost up top?

Correct, I'm not running an aggressive tune so if we are talking just about that then forgive my ignorance and I will shut up.

But I heard plenty of people say this about the stock car too which makes me wonder. Dyno is 3rd pic down. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=802752

You need to get a tune! You have no idea what you are missing Why get the other mods on the car that do basically nothing for power and not do the one that does give a ton of power?

I had a Cobb AP V2 but it only gave me headaches. Fuel cuts, laggy response, tried several maps including full aggressive with 100oct fuel but wasn't happy. Sold it and def getting a JB4 soon but need to tackle the sloppy handling first (ST coilovers this weekend and stiffer bushings).

Do you guys know which oil line is on the bottom of the turbo? I have a pretty decent oil leak from not changing the o-rings.

2x 11427590576 oil pressure line orings OR
2x 11427590577 oil drain line orings

EDIT: Nevermind. Looks like it's 11427590577. Make sure you change those o-rings guys!

The o-rings can pinch if the lines are not pushed in correctly. I reused my o-rings and have no issues but my car has low miles...I'd recommend doing it while you are down there and have it all apart though.

I only have 24k miles on mine so it is weird to me they are leaking so badly. I don't think the line on top is leaking. I'll see when I take it off. Parts are in the mail.

I just saw this video on youtube, this seems like a good example of what Pure Turbos can do.
