this is basically an inspection on all new cars prior to delivery.

now under this inspection sheet there are various parts one of them being "check for suspension damage" "check for body damage"

now the technician"says" that during his inspection he found no suspension damage and that the damage done to the suspension is my fault.

but wait if during the inspection of the car he missed the body damage and wheel damage how can i take his word for the fact the he "inspected " the suspension

if he missed one thing he could of missed many things

and thats where i will use my argument

juan....u might wanna check and see if the person who inspect ur car did a thorough job on your car.....

if there are proof of sloppy work....that'll help ur case and and prove that he missed the "suspension damage", and "body damage"....

yah....if u can prove that he miss one thing during the VPC inspection process....you have a reason to doubt and question all the paperwork he submitted indicating the vehicle was in good shape when it rolled out of the VPC.....
