Looks like tomorrow is going to be just as red. More EU debt fears... this time Italy. I do think this slide will reverse once solid earnings come out. I might get in S&P 3x long (SDSO) if it looks like earnings are strong.

CSCO will reportedly cut 10,000 jobs soon. I, too, think the markets will be in the red tomorrow. That's why I kept SDS.

During bull mkts, all news intended to scare people like Italian debt, which is a real problem, to be used for accumulation...Fed better start printing some more money and expanding M3 cause the US has a bill to pay in early Aug, and its gonna get paid or the entire world will collapse no joke...

Until this chart is broken, you should hang onto your physical gold(assuming you have some)...a true bull mkt if I've ever seen one.

Only significant risk on short term basis is the crisis in europe...it could pull down the US severely on short term basis so some caution is warranted.

CSCO was up nicely but cooled off on the layoff news.

AAPL through earnings is a tough one.

Yea, CSCO was up 2.92% and now it's back to 1.2%. I hope SLV hits $37 by Friday. And I'm thinking of buying 20k shares of Siri. It's pretty low now and it'll go up this week if the markets pick up because of earnings.

You do know I have been long for the past yr right?...

Been long GLD since 80.

No worries...I dont care which way the mkt moves to be honest...I just try to catch major trend changes.

Sure Europe and Italy might cause a reaction, but it will end the same, more printing, expanding M3, metals up.

Debt ceiling will be raised.

One or two days doesnt get me excited either way...kinda neutral now...if 1295 ES doesnt hold were heading to 1250 and I will position accordingly...need to clear 1325-7 for bullish bias to re-emerge.

Yes, my SLV calls are in the money. Need it to hit $37 to break even on my $36 calls though.

SLV and GLD was diverging for past week...as noted yesterday, SLV will come along for the ride...

SLV gapped up above the 50dma and volume heavy...pocket pivot in place now.

Considering I closed them out a few days ago with a 4% one-week gain I'd say pretty damn good. Thanks for asking.

Gotta hand it to you though, you did call QE3. I think it's lip service though - I don't see them going through with it. I can't find a single economist that thinks it is a good idea.

You will learn one day nobody cares what economists think...people in charge dont work for them or us...its all about them...you wanna know why I knew we would get QE3...and then eventually 4,5,6?...the USD has decreased in value by 98% since the Fed inception, what does that tell you.

Tells you that QE is part of our economy permanently..they can hide it or call it something else but its always there...there isnt enough money to pay back our debt and interest...hence they HAVE to create more money in order for our economy to function...they dont teach you this in business school for good reason.

Nice trade btw...thats good profit in 1 wk.!

Fed Reserve: Hey Moody's, why dont ya scare the shit out of people and put the US on neg watch for fun and drive down futures and the mkts for awhile...that will pressure the Congress into raising the debt ceiling and give us the green light to do QE3.

anyone else wonder why gold and more recently silver has been run up on volume?...now we know, you dont think the bosses didnt know of the negative watch Moody's was gonna lay on the US debt..,,,dollar got pounded today before the announcement...lol.

The volume early this morning and futures mkt last night was saying something evil was up.
