man, my sound card is not installed on my Windows (on Mac laptop) that's why it's erroring, i think. or at least this is what the current issue is.

Mo, John, anything i can do to install the correct sound card driver?

Hmmm, the drivers should be installed from Bootcamp. Try your windows disk or try autoupdating the drivers?
