My CA tells me to let him handle all the work with SA since he had already built good relationship with two of all the SAs.

Basically he's telling me that I dont even need to call the service department just call him when I need something.

believe it or not, sometimes, these service departments overbook their resources in the back ... so not getting to a car isn't bad service, its just sometimes things happen ...

still doesn't justify that comment about latinos man ... thats not fair to those who do work hard and are not lazy ...

i am glad you got your car back, i just hope you realize that things aren't that bad and sometimes things just happen ... no need to get all worked up about it ... u will live longer

I had those days with my dad's old ML430.... the car was never running right since day 1 of purchase. Always some minor problems here and there. But atleast we had a good SA who does his job and get the work done on time.

My SA this time was just a real bitch. I would rank her 2/5 but 5/5 for Shelly BMW on getting my car repaired.

shit happens, thats just life...

the fat latino ladys that I had to delt with were just really @$#%@#$%. (This one, and the one who crashes into my ML...) not justifying the whole race but it just happened to me this way for the 2 major troubles I encountered during the past 2 months.

i am just realizing now as i grow up that this world is crap ... the world is a bad place ... bad things happen to good people ... good things happen to bad people ... all the time ... but i like to think that if i let the world get to me, it is winning ... doing its job of getting me angry, frustrated, pissed ... why would let the world control how i feel ...

i much rather be happy ... i can only be happy when i realize that everythign happens for a reason ... whether i realize and understand that reason or not ...

lol, the black border...I just canvas sized it up 2 pixels all the way around w/ a black background...

the other, I just turned it into a layer and beveled it down...

yea see, i did the first method, and it made the right sides border fatter then all the others. This never happens on my desktop. STupid mac!
