Guess what I woke up to...in my PM box. This is from a fellow member on here that is a tech at the place. WTF?? I post what happened, and they want me to not *talk* about it b/c there was a misunderstanding.

THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING. I wend in asking for oil change. They told me $600 at first. Then when I complained, they said ok...how about $450+. So, your SA convienently forgot that the price already included work that your were charging me for? When was he going to remember that little issue?? Before or after they charged me---had I agreed to do the work at the time?!!! And do they not do this type of work ALL OF THE TIME??? I mean, how many cars that are no longer under warranty come in for oil changes??? Just me?? And when I complained about the cost---that did not ring a bell in his head that maybe he was double charging me??

I said screw that...got the same things done at another dealership for half that price! Never going back to that place--I do not care if the facility looks nice.

Please stop telling people that we tried to rip you off by trying to charge you $600. This was an honest mistake, and is not what you would have been charged.
