My wife is opening another Center, so I need a building to put her in.

I also want to buy a condo to lease out, nothing too great just something to get about 2000.00 more dollars in a month. I think I can buy one for about a 100k so the note will only be about $900.00 a month, and if they are paying all their own utilities, I will pocket 1100.00 / month!

i was just wondering shane-o-mac... i got some subs sitting in my room and if i put them in my car i am screwed bc i lose out on fold down seats

did you ever rent anything out? its a bitch, the tennants can destroy the house, not pay for it, and it will cost you thousands and months before you can legally kick them out.
