but not these beauties, I've come to learn that prime cuts are very forgiving when it comes to cooking. Youd have to try to ruin actively a prime cut or just not pay attention

Cutting into the steak is for amateurs. It completely ruins the steak when all the juice ( ) runs out. Plus 7 mins on each side ain't cutting it on these thick bastids

That meal looks sooooo good. My half of tub of lunch meat and mustard is just sad compared to that.

Yea, steak grilling is an art. You have to know the grill and the meat size.

Only cut one when you think its done to confirm and only flip once.

For the ribeyes I buy I sear 2-3 minutes on each side, then move it off the main charcoal for about 4 minutes. Makes a nice medium.

And +1 on not cutting it, I don't cut until at least 2 minutes after it's done cooking.

BTW...I decided finally that its not gonna be the Shelby. Its hot, don't get me wrong, but its not me...gotta call that dealer back today.

I'm looking at a couple of audi options, most specifically a TTS. But I may just end up keeping my car in the end.

Keep the car, its worth it. When I have my car paid off in 2 years, I will have spent $100k on cars in 10 years and will only have 1 five year old car when I am done. Buying new cars that you dont keep at least for 4-5 years is murder.
