u can just cut the wire, i almost did that to my mirror gauge, but after i got tints it didnt do it as much

I'd get the tint before changing the mirrors and see how you like it...my auto dimmers were completely fine with 35% VLT

Its fine as long as you wash it properly and take care of it, It does show a lot if not taken care of correctly. To keep it looking sharp be prepared to wash it at least 3 times a week I still have 4 hours of paint correction needed just from the dealerships shitty car washes before I bought it. But other than that I love it.

What color interior does it have?

When its clean and sitting in the garage for a couple days I have a cover on it just to keep the dust off it. That saves another chance of having to wipe it down.
