I thrashed my car into a canyon sized hole in the sumner tunnel. I literally fell into the crater. bent two wheels, one shredded, other with major impact bubble. Blown strut as well. Leaving tghe airport, definitely don't stay in the left lane. (I make no warranty as to the condition of the right lane.)

Make you feel better?

Also, anyone worried we won't get enough snow this year?

Haha yes. Your misery indeed lifts my spirits, thank you

In all seriousness that sucks worse than my mishap. Thank God I don't drive in to the city, I'm sure I would have my fair share of horror stories.

I always wondered if there was any legal recourse that you could go after the state for the fucked up roads and the damage it has done to your personal vehicle because they made no attempt to fix it in a timely manner. Like if the state owned bridge collapses on your car isn't there legal recourse. Seems similar to a pot hole.

Given the absurd taxes our roads should be pothole free. They have a lot of potholes to fix this year...

The potholes are out of control. Absolutely insane. 93N between the tunnel and all the way up to the Winchester area is nearly impassable.

I'm genuinely scared to bring the car back on the roads.

I know. I stopped driving it. I now go storrow or pike to storrow, which is in good shape.

I almost took my wifes car into work today, but damnit, I live driving this thing!

From what I heard you can submit a claim, will they pay you and how much they pay you is a different question. I would get a police report and try my luck especially if it was that bad.

I cringe every time I see those signs on the highway that say "report potholes" because I know some poor sucker is gonna hit a bad one and then in a day or two he'll come back to that spot and it will be fixed. I speak from experience.

God bless winter beaters...

Just took the e92 out for a spin as it is a nice day. Holy fuck there are potholes everywhere I mean I know there are but when driving it I am even more careful and it is just crazy how many I had/tried to avoid.

I drove down a road with a long bending turn which is shaded so there was still snow on the road and the car tried to kill me.

I don't think I am going to be driving it for a while. It's not like I could get traction anyways.

drove into boston the other night to meet up with friends...just about to enter the city and forgot just how bad boston has been with potholes and snow. became fully alert glaring at the road in front of my car to watch for potholes, of course right before the tunnel entering into the city..bam..hit a nice big one. didn't hit any the rest of the night though lol so I consider it a success

My 2015 goal is to pay off my car. no mods. I suck. My kitchen may get a mod...

In other news at least 1 single turbo and some RB goodness from local members.

this thread is dead.

my porch is raining on the inside on warm days, so...I got that going for me, which is nice. If you like fucking ice damns!!!!

In other news a fully built n54 appears to cost 15k with a built head.

Would be nice to know when the n54 really lets go...

That being said 25k invested in other platforms will get you a hell of alot more than only 800whp as it should.

No ice dams for me and no car note either but I do have daycare expenses coming up in June

I'd gladly pay a car note over daycare
