UK Build/Arrival dates

It's well worth the wait lads. 2.5k miles on mine now and it still manages to make me smile every time I start it up.

Mine has been stuck at 5000 planned for assembling for 3 weeks dealer doesn't expect delivery until August. Order was placed on 18 March looks like I'm in for a bit of a wait

Mines arrived today too 😁, collecting Monday as I'm getting my mperformance parts fitted before collection.

Car collected yesterday. Well happy with it, getting used to it, things to setup / configure to my liking. 250 miles on the first run! Ended up doing 450 miles on the first weekend of ownership!

Picked mine up today. Had a chip in the door paint that the dealer is gonna fix. They're also contributing some money to a professional detail as I was unhappy with the swirls.

My first impressions coming from a Fiat 500 are that I'm terrified leaving it parked haha!

Also can see how curbing the wheels would be very easy. They seem much more flush with the bodywork than other brands.

Yes had some small issues but the dealership have been so lovely and accommodating. They really go the extra mile so I'm glad they're making up for it.

Smiles all around really. Just very nervous as I get used to the size and trusting other people near her!

Spec is in my signature. I also added the M Performance carbon rear spoiler and front splitter.

My Mrs managed to curb the 2 near side wheels this week

am totally peed off

Just lucky I’m in the motor trade and can get them diamond cut again for free…. But want to cry every time I look at them

In the UK I understand this is fitted by the dealer, and have also read elsewhere on here that you have to buy the spoiler and front splitter together. Were you happy with the quality of the work? Yeah, was supplied and fitted by my dealer before I picked it up. No, you don't have to buy spoiler and splitter together, but I felt that they both improve the look of the car. They offered me deal with side blades as well, but wasn't fussed on those. Happy with quality of the work.

Pretty much the only place you can get away with a touch up and it not be noticeable. Looks like there is scratch behind the door slightly above the chip. Hopefully just dirt

Has anyone who used the NHS scheme via BMW Park Lane received their car yet or got a build date? I ordered in March and not heard anything about allocations or build dates....
