6500K doesn't have purple hue; maybe its has something to do with their camera settings. If u look at the other photos they look white and a little bit of blue tint on it.

Aren't they not producing this unit after all due to people bitching and moaning about the price?

We had put the project and manufacturing on hold because we don't want to invest $30,000 to make the units if people keep complaining about the price; because the unit itself are complicated and very expensive to make.

Example: if you add up the cost for the 6 High Power LEDs, 2 heavy duty CNC heat sinks, electronic control chips and resisters, fans, labor, packaging and shipping...etc. All this things will add up the cost; especially the LEDs and heat sinks.

A lot people don’t know we have the brightest LED angel eyes solution out there; because they haven’t seen it with their own eyes yet. Our LED is 2½ times brighter than the regular stock H8 stock bulb.

(2700 Lumen LED vs. 800 Lumen H8)

The plug-and-play LEDs from RD, PIAA, and Beloff won't be bright enough during the day time because they use low power LEDs. Our High Power LED generates a lot of heat; that's why we have to use heavy duty custom CNC heat sinks adapter and fans to dissipate the heat.

We are going to wait for the GREEN light and see how the market is reacting first.

If you have any question regarding our products please feel free to contact us by email: info@dukedynamics.com

Duke $380 is just too much. If you can get closer to $300 and it is bright as fire, then I would be aboard. I just want it to look perfect and even for that price.

I will confess and will say I change my tune about DD. I will GLADLY pay $400 for it considering how awful the other LED solutions are.

RD, Piaa, etc are all awful during the daytime. It's not worth spending money on unless you are 100% satisfied. M-Force was supposed to have something but they have fallen off the face of the earth.

lets go already i want one....look how shitty all the other bulbs are, come on. Why the hell would you switch your stock bulbs for ones you cant see during the day? Whats the point? Thats the best part about the angel eyes, to run them during the day. People are going to shell out the money. I cant be the only one to feel this way about all the other bulbs out for the E92.

I wont pay $400 for purple looking angel eyes first off and i want an honest customer review with pics telling me that they are bright as hell in daylight before i touch my wallet...

See? No wonder they won't make the unit.

The only way to check out the angel eyes is in person. I posted lots of pics of the PIAA angel eyes, each and everyone of them made the angel eyes look blue. However, if you look at it in real life, it's real an icy white color with no blue hue to it. It's really hard to capture the look of angel eyes in pictures. Even with an honest customer review, you'd still be looking at pictures to make the judgment call.

They are, because they probably used some constant current drivers to drive the LEDs. Other solutions use resistors which dims the LED output.

god damn it... I just saw these photos on their website.

I had been looking for the LED angel eyes my E92 for a such a long time now. Saw the RD and PIAA LED in person; but they didn't impress me at all. I think DD Crystal is the brightest one in the market. If you guys are listening please make me a set I don't mind paying $400 buck for it.

I emailed them begging for a set to buy. I think once people see it on a few cars people will actually buy it. Like I said before, the other LED solutions are worthless.

PLEASE MAKE THIS DD!

Maybe there are trying to figure out the error code issues. Any ways I would rather pay for this attractive mod then pay about a grand for a side skirt that isn't that noticeable to a non e90 or e92 driver.

M3 owners are waiting on this too. Count me in for a set at $380...fact of the matter is that the gp thunder and other H8s just aint cutting it during the day and as stated before other LED solutions fall way short.

DD how many do you need for a group buy?

I'm willing to beta test for the M3 if needed...
